For just $500 for up to 5 pages (front page and 4 inner pages), you'll get:
For best results, a layered image file, such as PSD or XCF (Gimp) with only the layers needed for the design, for each page, or zipped HTML designs with existing styles and images (such as for redoing underlying code) should be sent. I do accept JPG files, but it may increase processing time.
Don't forget to show navigation rollovers! (If you don't include any, I'll provide something I think looks good.)
Make sure what you send is what you want, and anything different from what's in the images is communicated to me prior to giving me your deposit, as once I receive your deposit, I will not accept any changes.
I accept payment through PayPal or Google Checkout and require a $250 deposit due after all details have been worked out and I have received the image(s), and before I start the work. The rest of the bill is due after completion and prior to me sending the finished product. Please notify me of your preferred payment processor so I can send the appropriate invoice.
The use of Server Side Includes (SSIs) is a technique that separates out common parts, such as headers and footers, that don't change, or change minimally between pages. This helps separate those elements from the content, allowing easier content editing (no worrying about messing up the structure), as well as allowing changes in those areas to propagate to the rest of the site, without having to worry about manually updating every page.
Note: This option requires either PHP or HTML includes enabled on your server.

* HTML 4 document that can validate as HTML5, so adding in HTML5 elements (such as canvas or video) in the future is simple.
** Alternative frameworks available upon request. jQuery effects include anything not feasible using CSS, such as slideshows, and lightboxes. Additional effects $10/each, determined before work begins.
*** One-level submenu dropdown, such as what's used on this site. Add another level for $50.
